All orders from the TheSignSmithUK come with free delivery within the UK. At the moment we can only post items to residents within the UK, we apologise to people living outside the UK but this is something we are looking to offer in the future.
Because each sign is made to order we usually dispatch items within 3 days of an order being placed. At busy periods such as Christmas the dispatch time may be slightly longer but we always aim to dispatch within 7 days.
We post most of our signs by Royal Mail first class which are usually received the day after they have been dispatched. If you make a large order we may use a 24-48 hour courier service.
If you would like to return an item, that’s no problem, just contact us to let us know and we will give you our address to return it to, once the item is received we will give you a full refund (minus return postage costs). We cannot accept returns on personalised items unless we have made a mistake.
